Remote support
HealthLink understands that there are many unique environments for which it must be able to perform remote support. For this reason we provide remote support via either the LogMeIn Rescue or TeamViewer QuickSupport single session remote support tools. Both remote support tools utilise a small piece of software that allows support staff to connect quickly and efficiently to a practice’s computer in a secure one to one connection to help resolve any problems a practice may be experiencing.
Depending on your practice’s network environment you will be guided by your technician as to which remote support tool to use. Once the technician has completed resolving the issue and the session has been ended, the Technician cannot re-connect to your computer system. This ensures the safety and security of your system.
TeamViewer quick support
Once the software has downloaded, please run it and provide the ID and Password to your technician.
LogMeIn rescue
You will be provided with a six (6) digit unique code by the Support Technician. Please enter this code into the field below and then click “Connect to Technician” to start the remote support session.

NHI Lookup Service Application Form
Please complete this form to apply for an NHI Lookup connection. Once we receive your application, a comprehensive NHI application pack will be posted or emailed to the person you indicate on the application form.
This application pack needs to be completed in full and posted or scanned and emailed back to HealthLink.
You will be notified by HealthLink once we receive approval from the Ministry of Health and we have activated your login. Please note that the process of approval may take 6 weeks or longer.
The cost of NHI Lookup is included with a HealthLink Messaging System or HealthLink Secure IT Gateway subscription.
If you do not use either of these HealthLink Services, you will be charged $15 + GST per month to use the NHI Lookup service.
