You can find out the correct Facility HPI number for your location by searching the spreadsheet available here:
The HPI Facility number can be found in the HPI Facility Id column.
If the facility code you are looking for is not in this spreadsheet, please email HI_Provider@moh.govt.nz who will be able to assist.
